A great band from Germany. They have heavy guitar with good vocals. The music adds heavy metal with gloomy tunes with a after effect of great music.
Black Sabbath/Ozzy Osbourne
Right here folks the band that started it all. Black Sabbath started in the late 70's bringing a new style of sound that revolutioninized todays rock music. In the 30 some years they have been making music, they have been able to pull off great rock music even to this day.
Metallica
Metallica started off as a normal garage band and ended up as one of the largest metal bands ever. Started in the 80's and still making music to this day, they have been able to pull it off and make great music. Every heavy metal fan should have Metallica in their album collection.
Areosmith
Ahh Areosmith. Perhaps in the top 20 largest rock bands of all time. There music had many differnet sounds from the guitar of dream on, the horns of dude looks like a lady, and the synthisizer of just push play. With the changing sounds and good vocals makes this a must have cd in your collection.
Led Zeppelin
Led Zeppelin. Perhaps the most original sound in rock. From the high cords of the guitar the high voice makes this band a legend and a classic. Led Zeppelin paved the way for many bands today with the original sound. You can't call your cd's a collection unless you have some Zeppelin in there.
Pink Floyd
You tell me one band that sounds like Pink Floyd and ill give you a cookie. The fact is there isn't, thats what makes them so good. The high energetic songs like money and the gloomy songs like comfortably numb adds a variety to the music. Ever person should have Pink Floyd in the collection.
ACDC
RAAAA AAHHHHH YAAAAA. Yep your listening to ACDC. Perhaps the first band to inter-grade yelling, screaming, shouting, talking loudly, you get the picture, into heavy metal music. Now its a main part of metal. ACDC has had songs upon songs of hits and paved the way for many bands today. Evey heavy metal fan needs some ACDC in their collection.
